The Weekend

For those of you overseas, we're on about Day 14 of rain, which means that roads north and south are cut. There are a couple of cyclones out there which means there will be a hell of alot more rain in the next couple of days

People are generally getting cabin fever and there isnt really that much to do when it rains this much.

Friday night was tame, dinner and a dvd at david's, Saturday movies with Ally and furniture shopping with David. Sunday was also spent trolling around furniture stores, checking out what I can and can't afford for the new flat, followed by a late lunch at Watermark and a couple of DVD's in the evening in front of his big screen.

Yesterday David and I managed to get into my new flat to measure for fridges and furniture and made the final selection on what will and wont suit.

oh and last night we went to see Dreamgirls, which frankly we both thought was pretty poor.
